Pillar Recruitment is a newly established agency founded to expand from Pillar Consulting, a consultancy firm specialising in Health and Safety, HR and Recruitment services and strategies. With a wide-ranged background, Pillar Recruitment was built from a team of trusted professionals with an understanding of health and safety and human resource work that goes beyond the average recruiter.
We understand the large role work has in one’s life, therefore, our approach is to get to know our clients and candidates, to ensure we gain a true understanding of what is wanted in an open and down to earth manner. We are passionate about finding employers the right candidates and helping candidates find the right role they can thrive in.
